Thanks for the guided tour. I still need to walk around Woodlawn more too. I'm getting pretty familiar with 63rd near Stony, but there's so much else I haven't seen!
Great tour, lovely neighborhood.
But $325k for a 3-2 in the place you pointed out.... that is too funny. You can scarcely get that for some new places up in Edgewater now. What are some sellers smoking?
